The changes associated with aging often impact an individuals’ ability to participate in activities they once enjoyed. It can be a challenge to find the balance between encouraging participation in meaningful activities and social opportunities if the individual is experiencing cognitive changes associated with aging or dementia. This session will present strategies to support individuals in maintaining an active daily routine to promote health and well-being.
