**At Pathfinder Village MAKE ANY DAY PAYDAY with On-Demand Pay**
A Job Coach helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities develop vocational and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain successful integrated employment. Additionally, they may assist individuals in learning how to perform specific job tasks, as well as support individuals in navigating the workplace and communicating with employers. The Job Coach works under the Director and Clinical Coordinator of Adult Day Services.
Hourly wage starts at $17.50 an hour and is commensurate with experience.
Site Supervisor: Pre-Vocational Site
The pre-vocational site supervisor provides oversight of all day-to-day operations within the pre-vocational day program setting. Responsibilities include development of the program daily schedule, supervision of vocational service professionals, management of produce micro-business operations, and establishment of community partnerships. The supervisor is responsible for assisting with the development of vocational activities for individuals served by Pathfinder Village day services in order to assist with the transition to competitive employment opportunities.
Starting wage starts at $18 an hour, and is commensurate with experience.
Vocational Services Professional (VSP)
This dynamic opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping individuals attain personal goals and achieve their dreams. Employment is one of life's biggest milestones. The role of the Vocational Services Professional (VSP) is to deliver prevocational services to adults with I/DD who have expressed a desire to work and earn a paycheck. Vocational services not only provide individuals with opportunities to explore a variety of career paths and jobs, but also develop soft/hard skills that will prepare them for entering today's modern workforce. Working under the direct supervision of the Director and Clinical Coordinator for Adult Day Services, VSPs will have opportunities to work in a variety of settings both on and off campus, as well as network with our various community business partners.
Starting wage is $15.75 and commensurate with experience.
Direct Support Professional
**New pay scales with higher starting wages**
$15.75 - 19 an hour
$3 overnight differential
**Retention bonus every 6 months for the first 3 years of employment**
Pathfinder Village presently has 12-hour shift openings for Direct Support Professionals. Primary responsibilities include providing direct care and residential guidance/supports for individuals living with intellectual and other disabilities within an open-access community setting. Additional duties involve advocating and supporting informed choices of individuals within the greater community. Strong record keeping skills, local travel, flexibility, and a commitment to ongoing job training are required.
3 - 4 day work week.
No prior work experience is required.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
