Your submission of and our acceptance of your completed employment application DOES NOT constitute an offer or guarantee of employment. If you are hired by Pathfinder Village, Inc., that employment does not constitute any form of contract, implied or expressed.  Any such employment may be terminated at will by either you or Pathfinder Village, Inc, upon notice by one of these parties.  Continued employment is dependent upon satisfactory job performance, continued good standing with regards to State and Federal agencies that conduct mandated background checks, and the continued need for services as determined by the organization.

Applicants are requested to send complete Work Histories/Resumes that include former employers' contact information to [email protected]. It is recommended that you send any documents as Adobe Acrobat documents (pdf).

If you are asked to attend an employment interview, you will be required to provide personal and professional references, submit to specific New York State mandated background checks, submit to medical and substance abuse screenings, and have a completed application on file.  Other additional forms may need to be completed to continue with the application process.
