Preparing Students for a Life of Independence and Fulfillment after High School (or Graduation)?
At Pathfinder School, high school aged students ages 16–21 gain essential life skills, confidence, and independence as they prepare for the transition to adulthood. Through our nurturing environment, individualized support, and community-focused approach, we help students flourish academically, socially, and personally.
Preparing for Life Beyond the Classroom
Pathfinder provides a coordinated and supportive environment where students:
- Develop Life Skills: Master daily living tasks like meal preparation, laundry, and personal hygiene to build independence.
- Enhance Functional Academics: Strengthen reading, math, and problem-solving skills tailored to each student’s needs.
- Explore Vocational Training: Gain hands-on work experience through volunteer opportunities and internships, building skills like communication, time management, and community navigation.
- Embrace Community: Participate in extracurricular activities, including music, art, and sports, fostering social growth and teamwork both on-campus and in the community.
“Pathfinder Village helps people find their
way in life to independence, success, and
maturity — all the things you want for your family.”
